Guided builders turn employer answers into structured, branded HR documents with preview before payment.
UK SMEs hiring employees, creating workplace policies, maintaining contracts, and organising HR documents.
Contracts, handbooks, bundles, HR Actions, Compliance Membership, dashboard storage, branding, and version history.
HRHeaven was created for the moments when running a business becomes more complicated than simply hiring someone and paying them. A growing employer may need to issue a contract, explain workplace expectations, record a probation decision, respond to an absence, manage a grievance or keep a clear record of a performance conversation. These tasks are important, but they can be difficult to organise when the business does not have a dedicated HR team.
Our purpose is to make those everyday HR responsibilities clearer and more manageable for UK employers. HRHeaven brings guided questions, practical context, document generation, review steps and secure storage into one connected experience. Instead of starting with a blank template, an employer can work through the facts of the situation and create a structured record that is easier to understand, check and use.
Employment documents are only useful when they reflect the situation they are meant to describe. A contract for a site manager should not read like a generic office template. A handbook for a care provider needs different workplace considerations from one for a professional services firm. A disciplinary record, grievance outcome or sickness absence review also needs a clear sequence of facts, questions, decisions and next steps.
HRHeaven therefore asks for the information that gives a document meaning: the employer, industry, role, employee, workplace, dates, working arrangements, policies and relevant evidence. The platform uses that information to shape the available content and keep the resulting output connected to the employer's actual circumstances.
The HRHeaven product suite covers the main document needs of a small or growing employer. Employment Contract builders help employers create role-specific contracts with industry-aware wording, pay and working arrangements, company details, employee information and signature preparation. Employee Handbook builders help organise workplace rules, policies, responsibilities, working practices, review dates and acknowledgement records into one employer-branded handbook.
Where both documents are needed, the Contract + Handbook Bundle keeps the shared employer details together so that company information, branding and workplace context do not have to be entered repeatedly. The same account and dashboard can then hold the completed documents, making it easier to find the current version when a manager or employee needs it.
Contracts and handbooks are the foundation, but HR work continues throughout employment. HRHeaven HR Actions are guided workflows for practical matters such as offer letters, probation, performance, sickness absence, flexible working, disciplinary processes, grievances, family leave and offboarding. Each action is designed to help an employer move from an initial concern or request to a clear record, an appropriate communication and a sensible follow-up step.
An action can be associated with an employee in the employer dashboard, so the employer can return to the matter rather than treating it as a one-time document. Timelines, evidence, uploaded information, review points and outcome records can remain connected to the same case. This gives the employer useful context when a later meeting, decision or follow-up is needed.
HRHeaven uses structured rules and AI-assisted features to make the workflow more useful, not to remove the employer from the decision. Depending on the product, the system can identify missing answers, suggest relevant policies, organise information from uploaded documents, highlight follow-up questions and help prepare employer and employee-facing wording.
The employer remains responsible for checking the facts, considering fairness, reviewing the generated wording and deciding what should be shared. Sensitive or disputed situations may require specialist support. HRHeaven is intended to provide a practical starting point and a well-organised record, while preserving human judgement and the employer's control over the final decision.
HRHeaven is focused on the practical needs of employers operating in the UK. The builders use UK terminology, familiar workplace arrangements and document conventions, with content designed around the kinds of employment records UK SMEs commonly need. Industry and role context is important because the risks, responsibilities and policies that matter in construction, hospitality, care, education, property, logistics or professional services are not identical.
The platform also encourages employers to keep important dates, review points, policy versions and employee communications together. Clear records help managers explain what happened, what was agreed and what should happen next.
We believe a useful HR product should feel calm and straightforward. HRHeaven uses guided steps, sensible defaults, previews before payment where available, clear product boundaries and a secure review process. Employers can see what they are buying, check the information they entered and understand what will be stored in their dashboard.
Branding is supported across the documents and certificates where the product allows it, helping an employer provide a consistent experience to employees. Generated files can be downloaded, retained and revisited as part of the employer's own record-keeping process.
HR information can be sensitive, so HRHeaven is built with account access, payment validation, dashboard permissions, document ownership and secure storage in mind. Employers should only enter information they are authorised to process and should review who has access to their account and documents.
We explain how personal data, cookies, payments, generated documents and uploaded information are handled in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. These policies are designed to make the customer journey and the responsibilities of using the platform clear.
A new employer may begin with one contract or a single HR Action. A growing organisation may need handbooks, repeat workflows, stored employee records, compliance updates and a more consistent way for managers to handle HR matters. HRHeaven is designed to support both starting points without requiring an employer to buy a full HR system before it needs one.
Some employers will use the platform occasionally for a specific document. Others will use HR Actions Unlimited or return regularly as their team grows. In either case, the aim is the same: make the next HR task easier to start, easier to review and easier to complete properly.
HRHeaven is being developed around the questions employers ask, the points where workflows become unclear and the outputs that provide genuine value after a purchase. We continue to improve the catalogue, document quality, accessibility, dashboard experience and the way information carries through an employee's lifecycle.
The long-term goal is not to create more paperwork. It is to help employers make better-organised HR decisions, communicate clearly with employees and retain a reliable record of what was considered and agreed.
