HRHeaven sells digital, generated documents. Once a document has been generated, downloaded, or made available in the dashboard, refunds may be limited unless the product is faulty or not supplied as described.
If you believe a document failed to generate correctly, contact support@hrheaven.co.uk promptly.
Membership
Compliance Membership can be cancelled according to the membership controls shown in your account. Cancellation usually stops renewal at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
How to request a refund
Email support@hrheaven.co.uk with your order reference, product, issue, and any screenshots or error messages.
We review refund requests fairly and in line with applicable UK consumer and business law.
