The Employee must manage property issues in line with the Employer's procedures, keep landlord and tenant communications professional, and ensure maintenance, inspection, and compliance records are updated without delay.
Keys, alarm codes, access arrangements, tenant circumstances, landlord instructions, contractor quotes, and complaint records are confidential and must not be disclosed except for authorised property management purposes.
The Employee must follow the Employer's maintenance, emergency repair, contractor approval, key handling, inspection, complaint, and escalation processes.
The Employee must keep tenant, resident, landlord, property access, maintenance, rent, deposit, complaint, and contractor information confidential. Property access details must be handled with particular care.
