The Employee must perform Screening Assistant (Right to work) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including workflow coordination, document control, calendar and correspondence, data accuracy, service-request escalation, screening, assistant, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access employee, customer, supplier, appointment, correspondence, document, system and office records except where authorised and necessary for proper screening assistant (right to work) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the employment activities operational controls that apply to screening assistant (right to work) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect employee, customer, supplier, appointment, correspondence, document, system and office records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing screening assistant (right to work) duties.
