The Employee must perform Shelving Assistant (Stack maintenance) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including technical diagnosis, inspection and test records, isolation and safe systems, parts or asset control, defect close-out, shelving, assistant, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access employee, customer, supplier, appointment, correspondence, document, system and office records except where authorised and necessary for proper shelving assistant (stack maintenance) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the libraries & archives operational controls that apply to shelving assistant (stack maintenance) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect employee, customer, supplier, appointment, correspondence, document, system and office records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing shelving assistant (stack maintenance) duties.
