The Employee must perform Farm Labourer duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including farm labourer work planning, agriculture records, farm labourer quality checks, agriculture escalation, farm labourer stakeholder updates, farm, labourer, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site, equipment, technical, customer, access, defect, quality and maintenance records except where authorised and necessary for proper farm labourer work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the agriculture operational controls that apply to farm labourer work, including HSE escalation, workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site, equipment, technical, customer, access, defect, quality and maintenance records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing farm labourer duties.
