The Employee must perform Silage Pit Worker duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including silage pit worker work planning, agriculture records, silage pit worker quality checks, agriculture escalation, silage pit worker stakeholder updates, silage, pit, worker. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records except where authorised and necessary for proper silage pit worker work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the agriculture operational controls that apply to silage pit worker work, including HSE escalation, workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing silage pit worker duties.
