The Employee must perform Video Editor duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including Deliver design, campaign, content or creative work to agreed briefs, brand standards and deadlines. Maintain project management records, design files, approvals, client feedback and asset registers. Protect client assets, unpublished work, intellectual property and confidential campaign information.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client briefs, creative assets, campaign plans, unpublished material, pricing except where authorised and necessary for proper video editor work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the arts & entertainment operational controls that apply to video editor work, including client confidentiality, intellectual property, brand approvals, asset control, data protection, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client briefs, creative assets, campaign plans, unpublished material, pricing and any related personal data, operational records, system access details or confidential information accessed while performing video editor duties.
