The Employee must perform Front of House Manager duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including front of house manager work planning, arts and entertainment records, front of house manager quality checks, arts and entertainment escalation, front of house manager stakeholder updates, front, house, manager. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access guest, booking, payment, allergen, food-safety, rota, supplier and incident records except where authorised and necessary for proper front of house manager work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the arts & entertainment operational controls that apply to front of house manager work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect guest, booking, payment, allergen, food-safety, rota, supplier and incident records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing front of house manager duties.
