Day-to-day operating brief
What Bank Staff (Casual Nursery) work looks like in practice
Nursery Bank Staff provide variable cover for absence, demand or events across rooms and sometimes sites. Terms should clearly state employment status, how shifts are offered and accepted, whether hours are guaranteed, cancellation arrangements, availability, pay, sites, room assignments, competence, induction, ratios, key-person and medication limits, safeguarding, confidentiality and records. Flexibility should not imply that the worker can be placed into any responsibility without training or adequate briefing.
