The Employee must perform Quantity Surveyor duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including Carry out site, trade, technical or project duties within competence and authorisation. Use drawings, RAMS, permits, inspection records and site documentation accurately. Follow site induction, PPE, isolation, access and health and safety procedures.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access project costs, supplier information, subcontractor payment data, drawings, commercial documents except where authorised and necessary for proper quantity surveyor work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the construction operational controls that apply to quantity surveyor work, including HSE expectations, site rules, RAMS, permits, PPE, incident reporting, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect project costs, supplier information, subcontractor payment data, drawings, commercial documents and any related personal data, operational records, system access details or confidential information accessed while performing quantity surveyor duties.
