The Employee must perform Teacher (Secondary) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including Support learning, lessons, behaviour routines and pupil engagement in line with school procedures. Maintain attendance, assessment, safeguarding, SEN or welfare records required for the role. Follow safeguarding, behaviour, health and safety and inclusion procedures.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access pupil information, safeguarding records, SEN records, assessment data, parent or carer communications except where authorised and necessary for proper teacher (secondary) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the education operational controls that apply to teacher (secondary) work, including safeguarding, school policies, curriculum requirements, behaviour and attendance procedures, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect pupil information, safeguarding records, SEN records, assessment data, parent or carer communications and any related personal data, operational records, system access details or confidential information accessed while performing teacher (secondary) duties.
