The Employee must perform Payroll & Compliance Officer (Umbrella) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including ledger or payroll accuracy, reconciliation evidence, approval controls, payment deadlines, financial reporting, payroll, compliance, officer. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client, account, payroll, tax, payment, credit, claim, policy and financial records except where authorised and necessary for proper payroll & compliance officer (umbrella) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the employment activities operational controls that apply to payroll & compliance officer (umbrella) work, including client money, financial records, approvals, conflicts, anti-fraud controls and data security, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client, account, payroll, tax, payment, credit, claim, policy and financial records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing payroll & compliance officer (umbrella) duties.
