The Employee must perform Cemetery Officer (Burial grounds) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including cemetery officer (burial grounds) work planning, funeral records, cemetery officer (burial grounds) quality checks, funeral escalation, cemetery officer (burial grounds) stakeholder updates, cemetery, officer, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access employee, customer, commercial, performance, rota, investigation, budget and operational records except where authorised and necessary for proper cemetery officer (burial grounds) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the funeral operational controls that apply to cemetery officer (burial grounds) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect employee, customer, commercial, performance, rota, investigation, budget and operational records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing cemetery officer (burial grounds) duties.
