The Employee must perform Cage Cashier (Casino Cash Desk) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including cage cashier (casino cash desk) work planning, gambling records, cage cashier (casino cash desk) quality checks, gambling escalation, cage cashier (casino cash desk) stakeholder updates, cage, cashier, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records except where authorised and necessary for proper cage cashier (casino cash desk) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the gambling operational controls that apply to cage cashier (casino cash desk) work, including Gambling Commission escalation, stock control, tills, customer service, loss prevention, store security and shift handovers, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing cage cashier (casino cash desk) duties.
