The Employee must perform Literacy Development Officer (Adult education) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including literacy development officer (adult education) work planning, libraries and archives records, literacy development officer (adult education) quality checks, libraries and archives escalation, literacy development officer (adult education) stakeholder updates, literacy, development, officer. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access pupil, student, parent, safeguarding, assessment, admissions, attendance and learning-support records except where authorised and necessary for proper literacy development officer (adult education) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the libraries & archives operational controls that apply to literacy development officer (adult education) work, including safeguarding, pupil records, attendance, assessment, parent communications and education procedures, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect pupil, student, parent, safeguarding, assessment, admissions, attendance and learning-support records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing literacy development officer (adult education) duties.
