The Employee must perform Lifestyle Coordinator duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including Coordinate care delivery, rota, staff supervision, handovers and service standards. Maintain care records, incident records, safeguarding evidence, training records and CQC-related evidence where applicable. Support dignity, safeguarding, medication, personal care and complaints procedures.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access care plans, medication records, service user information, safeguarding records, family communications except where authorised and necessary for proper lifestyle coordinator work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the residential care operational controls that apply to lifestyle coordinator work, including CQC requirements where applicable, safeguarding, care planning, medication procedures, dignity and privacy, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect care plans, medication records, service user information, safeguarding records, family communications and any related personal data, operational records, system access details or confidential information accessed while performing lifestyle coordinator duties.
