The Employee must perform Hydro Demolition Operator duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including hydro demolition operator work planning, specialist construction records, hydro demolition operator quality checks, specialist construction escalation, hydro demolition operator stakeholder updates, hydro, demolition, operator. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site, client, design, drawing, tender, pricing, programme, RAMS, permit and project records except where authorised and necessary for proper hydro demolition operator work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the specialist construction operational controls that apply to hydro demolition operator work, including HSE escalation, site induction, PPE, RAMS, permits, drawings, contractor coordination and incident reporting, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site, client, design, drawing, tender, pricing, programme, RAMS, permit and project records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing hydro demolition operator duties.
