The Employee must perform Travel Director (Escort) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including travel director (escort) work planning, travel and tourism records, travel director (escort) quality checks, travel and tourism escalation, travel director (escort) stakeholder updates, travel, director, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access employee, customer, commercial, performance, rota, investigation, budget and operational records except where authorised and necessary for proper travel director (escort) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the travel & tourism operational controls that apply to travel director (escort) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect employee, customer, commercial, performance, rota, investigation, budget and operational records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing travel director (escort) duties.
