The Employee must perform Asbestos Removal Operative (Licensed) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including asbestos removal operative (licensed) work planning, waste and remediation records, asbestos removal operative (licensed) quality checks, waste and remediation escalation, asbestos removal operative (licensed) stakeholder updates, asbestos, removal, operative. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site, equipment, technical, customer, access, defect, quality and maintenance records except where authorised and necessary for proper asbestos removal operative (licensed) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the waste & remediation operational controls that apply to asbestos removal operative (licensed) work, including HSE escalation, workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site, equipment, technical, customer, access, defect, quality and maintenance records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing asbestos removal operative (licensed) duties.
