The Employee must perform Waste Compliance Officer duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including waste compliance officer work planning, waste and remediation records, waste compliance officer quality checks, waste and remediation escalation, waste compliance officer stakeholder updates, waste, compliance, officer. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client, matter, case, file, advice, privilege, fee, conflict and court or tribunal records except where authorised and necessary for proper waste compliance officer work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the waste & remediation operational controls that apply to waste compliance officer work, including HSE escalation, client care, file notes, confidentiality, conflicts, undertakings, deadlines and supervision, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client, matter, case, file, advice, privilege, fee, conflict and court or tribunal records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing waste compliance officer duties.
