The Employee must perform Grain Store Manager duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including grain store manager work planning, agriculture records, grain store manager quality checks, agriculture escalation, grain store manager stakeholder updates, grain, store, manager. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records except where authorised and necessary for proper grain store manager work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the agriculture operational controls that apply to grain store manager work, including HSE escalation, stock control, tills, customer service, loss prevention, store security and shift handovers, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing grain store manager duties.
