The Employee must perform Director duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including director work planning, arts and entertainment records, director quality checks, arts and entertainment escalation, director stakeholder updates, director, role duties, confidentiality. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access employee, customer, commercial, performance, rota, investigation, budget and operational records except where authorised and necessary for proper director work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the arts & entertainment operational controls that apply to director work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect employee, customer, commercial, performance, rota, investigation, budget and operational records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing director duties.
