The Employee must perform Nursery Manager (Early Years) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including Support children's learning, play, routines and welfare in line with early-years procedures. Maintain accurate attendance, learning, accident, safeguarding and parent or carer communication records. Follow safeguarding, supervision, behaviour, hygiene and safety procedures.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access child records, safeguarding concerns, parent contact details, accident records, medical information, staff suitability information except where authorised and necessary for proper nursery manager (early years) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the child day-care operational controls that apply to nursery manager (early years) work, including safeguarding, Ofsted requirements where applicable, EYFS procedures, safer recruitment, child welfare, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect child records, safeguarding concerns, parent contact details, accident records, medical information, staff suitability information and any related personal data, operational records, system access details or confidential information accessed while performing nursery manager (early years) duties.
