What Talent Acquisition (Internal) work looks like in practice
An internal Talent Acquisition professional partners with business leaders to plan and deliver hiring for one employer. The role may own sourcing strategy, assessment design, candidate experience, agency use and offer coordination across several functions. Terms should identify business areas, geography, hybrid work, ATS permissions, headcount and offer limits, confidential workforce data, performance measures and the boundary between recruitment advice and final employment decisions. Search urgency cannot replace requisition approval or fair, evidenced assessment. Internal recruitment should expose genuine approval, salary range and decision ownership before a role reaches candidates. Workforce planning information may be highly confidential, particularly where hiring anticipates restructuring, succession or an incumbent's departure. Candidate communications should identify the employing entity and workplace model consistently across advertising, interviews, offer approval and pre-employment handover.
Individually written and reviewed against the maintained role record.
