The Employee must perform Cashier duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including cashier work planning, financial and insurance records, cashier quality checks, financial and insurance escalation, cashier stakeholder updates, cashier, client confidentiality, professional standards. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records except where authorised and necessary for proper cashier work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the financial & insurance operational controls that apply to cashier work, including FCA escalation, stock control, tills, customer service, loss prevention, store security and shift handovers, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing cashier duties.
