The Employee must perform Player Support Advisor (Live Chat) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including player support advisor (live chat) work planning, gambling records, player support advisor (live chat) quality checks, gambling escalation, player support advisor (live chat) stakeholder updates, player, support, advisor. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records except where authorised and necessary for proper player support advisor (live chat) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the gambling operational controls that apply to player support advisor (live chat) work, including Gambling Commission escalation, workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing player support advisor (live chat) duties.
