The Employee must perform Stock Controller (Retail products) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including stock accuracy, goods-in and dispatch checks, scanner or warehouse records, safe equipment use, inventory discrepancy escalation, stock, controller, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records except where authorised and necessary for proper stock controller (retail products) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the hair & beauty operational controls that apply to stock controller (retail products) work, including stock control, tills, customer service, loss prevention, store security and shift handovers, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing stock controller (retail products) duties.
