The Employee must perform Disclosure Analyst duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including Progress legal matters, client communications, documents or administration within competence and authority. Maintain accurate client files, attendance notes, court, tribunal or transaction records and key deadlines. Protect legal privilege, client confidentiality, settlement discussions and matter strategy.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client files, legal privilege, case strategy, settlement discussions, court papers, client money or billing records except where authorised and necessary for proper disclosure analyst work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the legal operational controls that apply to disclosure analyst work, including SRA-related procedures, client confidentiality, legal privilege, conflict checks, undertakings and deadlines, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client files, legal privilege, case strategy, settlement discussions, court papers, client money or billing records and any related personal data, operational records, system access details or confidential information accessed while performing disclosure analyst duties.
