The Employee must perform Rare Books Curator (Special collections) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including rare books curator (special collections) work planning, libraries and archives records, rare books curator (special collections) quality checks, libraries and archives escalation, rare books curator (special collections) stakeholder updates, rare, books, curator. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records except where authorised and necessary for proper rare books curator (special collections) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the libraries & archives operational controls that apply to rare books curator (special collections) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing rare books curator (special collections) duties.
