The Employee must perform Sound Archivist (Audio collections) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including sound archivist (audio collections) work planning, libraries and archives records, sound archivist (audio collections) quality checks, libraries and archives escalation, sound archivist (audio collections) stakeholder updates, sound, archivist, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records except where authorised and necessary for proper sound archivist (audio collections) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the libraries & archives operational controls that apply to sound archivist (audio collections) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing sound archivist (audio collections) duties.
