The Employee must perform Hygiene Operator (Food) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including hygiene operator (food) work planning, manufacturing records, hygiene operator (food) quality checks, manufacturing escalation, hygiene operator (food) stakeholder updates, hygiene, operator, production standards. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access guest, booking, payment, allergen, food-safety, rota, supplier and incident records except where authorised and necessary for proper hygiene operator (food) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the manufacturing operational controls that apply to hygiene operator (food) work, including HSE escalation, workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect guest, booking, payment, allergen, food-safety, rota, supplier and incident records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing hygiene operator (food) duties.
