The Employee must perform Collections Information Officer (EMu/Modes) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including collections information officer (emu/modes) work planning, museums and heritage records, collections information officer (emu/modes) quality checks, museums and heritage escalation, collections information officer (emu/modes) stakeholder updates, collections, information, officer. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access employee, customer, commercial, performance, rota, investigation, budget and operational records except where authorised and necessary for proper collections information officer (emu/modes) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the museums & heritage operational controls that apply to collections information officer (emu/modes) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect employee, customer, commercial, performance, rota, investigation, budget and operational records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing collections information officer (emu/modes) duties.
