The Employee must perform Washing Machine Engineer (Domestic) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including technical diagnosis, inspection and test records, isolation and safe systems, parts or asset control, defect close-out, washing, machine, engineer. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site, equipment, technical, customer, access, defect, quality and maintenance records except where authorised and necessary for proper washing machine engineer (domestic) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the repair services operational controls that apply to washing machine engineer (domestic) work, including HSE escalation, workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site, equipment, technical, customer, access, defect, quality and maintenance records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing washing machine engineer (domestic) duties.
