The Employee must perform Fire Warden (Security) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including assignment instructions, access and patrol records, incident response, visitor or key control, evidence preservation, fire, warden, site assignment. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site, incident, CCTV, access-control, assignment, visitor, patrol and investigation records except where authorised and necessary for proper fire warden (security) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the security operational controls that apply to fire warden (security) work, including SIA escalation, assignment instructions, access control, incident logs, patrol records and public interaction, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site, incident, CCTV, access-control, assignment, visitor, patrol and investigation records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing fire warden (security) duties.
