The Employee must perform Adventure Travel Advisor (Expedition) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including adventure travel advisor (expedition) work planning, travel and tourism records, adventure travel advisor (expedition) quality checks, travel and tourism escalation, adventure travel advisor (expedition) stakeholder updates, adventure, travel, advisor. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records except where authorised and necessary for proper adventure travel advisor (expedition) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the travel & tourism operational controls that apply to adventure travel advisor (expedition) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing adventure travel advisor (expedition) duties.
