The Employee must perform Airline Baggage Agent (Check in desk) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including airline baggage agent (check in desk) work planning, travel and tourism records, airline baggage agent (check in desk) quality checks, travel and tourism escalation, airline baggage agent (check in desk) stakeholder updates, airline, baggage, agent. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records except where authorised and necessary for proper airline baggage agent (check in desk) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the travel & tourism operational controls that apply to airline baggage agent (check in desk) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing airline baggage agent (check in desk) duties.
