The Employee must perform Site Supervisor (Waste) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including site mobilisation, daily briefings, permit and RAMS checks, subcontractor coordination, site incident records, site, supervisor, intellectual property. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site, client, design, drawing, tender, pricing, programme, RAMS, permit and project records except where authorised and necessary for proper site supervisor (waste) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the waste & remediation operational controls that apply to site supervisor (waste) work, including HSE escalation, site induction, PPE, RAMS, permits, drawings, contractor coordination and incident reporting, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site, client, design, drawing, tender, pricing, programme, RAMS, permit and project records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing site supervisor (waste) duties.
