The Employee must perform Parking Attendant duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including parking attendant work planning, admin and support records, parking attendant quality checks, admin and support escalation, parking attendant stakeholder updates, parking, attendant, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access employee, customer, supplier, appointment, correspondence, document, system and office records except where authorised and necessary for proper parking attendant work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the admin & support operational controls that apply to parking attendant work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect employee, customer, supplier, appointment, correspondence, document, system and office records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing parking attendant duties.
