The Employee must perform Hygiene Operative (Food Factory) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including hygiene operative (food factory) work planning, cleaning records, hygiene operative (food factory) quality checks, cleaning escalation, hygiene operative (food factory) stakeholder updates, hygiene, operative, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site, equipment, technical, customer, access, defect, quality and maintenance records except where authorised and necessary for proper hygiene operative (food factory) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the cleaning operational controls that apply to hygiene operative (food factory) work, including HSE escalation, workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site, equipment, technical, customer, access, defect, quality and maintenance records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing hygiene operative (food factory) duties.
