The Employee must perform Site Supervisor duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including Supervise daily site activity, work areas and trade coordination within delegated authority. Check inductions, permits, RAMS, PPE use and safe systems of work are followed. Record site progress, handovers, defects, access issues and inspection outcomes accurately.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site progress records, defect records, subcontractor information, drawings, commercial site information except where authorised and necessary for proper site supervisor work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the construction operational controls that apply to site supervisor work, including site supervision, HSE expectations, RAMS briefings, permit checks, PPE, incident reporting, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site progress records, defect records, subcontractor information, drawings, commercial site information and any related personal data, operational records, system access details or confidential information accessed while performing site supervisor duties.
