The Employee must perform Site Manager duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including Manage site delivery, sequencing, access, inductions and contractor coordination. Ensure RAMS, permits, PPE, inspections and site rules are implemented and recorded. Maintain site diaries, programme updates, inspection records, snagging records and handover evidence.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access programme records, project costs, supplier information, subcontractor information, drawings, commercial documents except where authorised and necessary for proper site manager work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the construction operational controls that apply to site manager work, including HSE expectations, site rules, RAMS, permits, PPE, contractor coordination, incident reporting, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect programme records, project costs, supplier information, subcontractor information, drawings, commercial documents and any related personal data, operational records, system access details or confidential information accessed while performing site manager duties.
