The Employee must perform Cleaner duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including cleaning schedules, chemical and PPE controls, site access, quality checks, defect and incident reporting, cleaner, role duties, confidentiality. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access pupil, student, parent, safeguarding, assessment, admissions, attendance and learning-support records except where authorised and necessary for proper cleaner work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the education operational controls that apply to cleaner work, including Ofsted escalation, safeguarding, pupil records, attendance, assessment, parent communications and education procedures, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect pupil, student, parent, safeguarding, assessment, admissions, attendance and learning-support records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing cleaner duties.
