The Employee must perform Financial Advisor duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including financial advisor work planning, financial and insurance records, financial advisor quality checks, financial and insurance escalation, financial advisor stakeholder updates, financial, advisor, client confidentiality. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client, account, payroll, tax, payment, credit, claim, policy and financial records except where authorised and necessary for proper financial advisor work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the financial & insurance operational controls that apply to financial advisor work, including FCA escalation, client money, financial records, approvals, conflicts, anti-fraud controls and data security, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client, account, payroll, tax, payment, credit, claim, policy and financial records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing financial advisor duties.
