The Employee must perform Compliance Officer (Gambling Commission) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including compliance officer (gambling commission) work planning, gambling records, compliance officer (gambling commission) quality checks, gambling escalation, compliance officer (gambling commission) stakeholder updates, compliance, officer, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client, matter, case, file, advice, privilege, fee, conflict and court or tribunal records except where authorised and necessary for proper compliance officer (gambling commission) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the gambling operational controls that apply to compliance officer (gambling commission) work, including Gambling Commission escalation, client care, file notes, confidentiality, conflicts, undertakings, deadlines and supervision, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client, matter, case, file, advice, privilege, fee, conflict and court or tribunal records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing compliance officer (gambling commission) duties.
