Day-to-day operating brief
What Studio Production Manager (iGaming) work looks like in practice
An iGaming Studio Production Manager coordinates live-dealer rooms, presenters, floor supervisors, cameras, lighting, audio and game-control support. Terms should define studio zones, scheduling authority, competence, equipment readiness, production changes, downtime, recordings, incident command and supplier contact. The manager may prioritise capacity but must not reopen a table before the physical game, broadcast feed and platform state have been reconciled or pressure presenters to hide mistakes to protect uptime figures. Capacity planning should include dressing rooms, trained language cover, table inventory and technical maintenance windows rather than count camera positions alone. After an outage, the production record should connect every cancelled or resumed round to the relevant platform incident, ensuring customer adjustments can be traced back to a verified studio event.
