Day-to-day operating brief
What Semi-Permanent Lash Extension applicator (Volume) work looks like in practice
A Volume Lash Extension Applicator creates or uses lightweight multi-fibre fans to build density while respecting the capacity of each natural lash. The post is narrower and more advanced than a general lash role because fan construction, diameter, weight calculation, direction and isolation determine safety and finish. Terms should define classic, premade and handmade permissions, adhesive environment, consultation, appointment duration, maps, infills, removal, photography and commission. Fan records should distinguish diameter, number of fibres and retained natural-lash condition. Calling every set 'volume' is insufficient for judging safe weight at an infill, particularly when work from another technician remains attached. Adhesive performance notes should identify humidity, temperature and opening date alongside retention. Changing fan technique to compensate for unsuitable room conditions can increase weight or bonding without addressing the actual cause.
