The Employee must perform Triage Clinician (MSK Hub) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including triage clinician (msk hub) work planning, physiotherapy records, triage clinician (msk hub) quality checks, physiotherapy escalation, triage clinician (msk hub) stakeholder updates, triage, clinician, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access patient, clinical, prescription, treatment, appointment, medication, safeguarding and regulated health records except where authorised and necessary for proper triage clinician (msk hub) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the physiotherapy operational controls that apply to triage clinician (msk hub) work, including patient safety, clinical records, consent procedures, medicines controls where authorised and incident reporting, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect patient, clinical, prescription, treatment, appointment, medication, safeguarding and regulated health records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing triage clinician (msk hub) duties.
