The Employee must perform Compliance Officer duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including compliance officer work planning, professional services records, compliance officer quality checks, professional services escalation, compliance officer stakeholder updates, compliance, officer, client confidentiality. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client, matter, case, file, advice, privilege, fee, conflict and court or tribunal records except where authorised and necessary for proper compliance officer work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the professional services operational controls that apply to compliance officer work, including client care, file notes, confidentiality, conflicts, undertakings, deadlines and supervision, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client, matter, case, file, advice, privilege, fee, conflict and court or tribunal records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing compliance officer duties.
