The Employee must perform Construction Manager (Real Estate) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including construction manager (real estate) work planning, real estate records, construction manager (real estate) quality checks, real estate escalation, construction manager (real estate) stakeholder updates, construction, manager, client confidentiality. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site, client, design, drawing, tender, pricing, programme, RAMS, permit and project records except where authorised and necessary for proper construction manager (real estate) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the real estate operational controls that apply to construction manager (real estate) work, including site induction, PPE, RAMS, permits, drawings, contractor coordination and incident reporting, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site, client, design, drawing, tender, pricing, programme, RAMS, permit and project records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing construction manager (real estate) duties.
